Online Masterclass: Resource Guarding

Resource guarding is more common than many people realise. It can show up around food bowls, chews, toys, beds, spaces, people, or items your dog has picked up outside.

In this supportive online masterclass, we will explore why dogs guard, how to recognise the early signs, and what you can do to reduce conflict and build trust safely. We will look at management, prevention, and gentle training approaches that avoid the common trap of repeatedly taking things away3

You will leave with a clearer understanding of your dog’s behaviour and practical steps to start using straight away.

This session is suitable for guardians of puppies or adult dogs, whether resource guarding is already a concern or you would simply like to prevent it developing.
